3. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings must be confirmed by email, phone, or through our website.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other methods stated on our invoice.
Overdue payments may incur interest or recovery fees.
5. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the property on the agreed date and time. If cleaners are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform Kainos Cleaning of any health and safety risks on the premises.
Our staff are instructed not to handle hazardous materials or move heavy items.
Pets must be secured during cleaning to ensure the safety of staff and animals.
7. Quality Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area free of charge.
8. Liability
Kainos Cleaning will take all reasonable precautions when providing services.
We are insured for public liability and damages.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or failure of items due to age or misuse.
9. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected through our website or during service bookings will be treated confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
